Our curriculum provides opportunities for students to think critically and creatively in problem-solving processes in ways that foster their sense of wonder and curiosity about the natural and made world.
At Corpus Christi we are encouraging students to engage in STEM activities to help develop their deep scientific, mathematical and problem-solving skills. We have a variety of equipment such as Blue Bots, Sphero’s and Wonder robots that can be used from Kindergarten to Year 6. The teachers are encouraged to integrate STEM across the curriculum and we offer a STEM Lunch Club once a week.
Our STEM curriculum is about students working together to solve a problem. It is inquiry-based learning that sparks student curiosity. It builds resilience through persistence. Most importantly our students are engaged and excited about learning.
